The general aims of the Navy league arefa) To spread Information, showing the vital importance to the British Empire of Naval supremacy upon which depend its trade, empire, and national existence. (b) To call attention to the enormous demands which war would make upon the Navy, and to the fact that the Navy is not at present ready to meet them.
