DEATH OF A THAMES RESIDENT.

♦ [by telegraph— correspondent.) Thames, Saturday. A cable was received here this morning from Sydney, announcing tho death of Arthur Ernest Lowe, third son of Mr. E. W. Lowe, librarian at) the Thames Public Library, Deceased, who was 18 years of ago, was on a holiday trip with two companions, but on his arrival at Sydney was taken ill with perforation of the bowels, from which he succumbed after a few days' illness.
