THE STRANDED STEAMER OSPRET.
No further particulars have been received regarding tho steamer Osprey, stranded near the South Head, Kaipara. Yesterday aftomoon Mr, E. W. Alison, managing direotorof the company, and Mr. George Niccol, shipbuilder, loft by the Helens train, with a party of workmen and tho necessary appliances for the work of floating the steamer. Should the weather continue fine there is every prospect of the steamer being safely launched.
