GOLDEN AGE G.M.C.
An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the Golden Age Gold Mining Company, Thames (formerly the Pinafore) was held yesterday afternoon, ab Mr. D. G. MacDonnell's offices, Insurance Buildings. Mr. Thomas Morrin presided. It was resolvod, " That the company be voluntarily wound up, and that Mr. D. G. MacDonnoll be appointed liquidator."
