A grand entertainment will take place in St. James's Hall, on Thursday evening, in connection with St. James's Presbyterian Church. This evening, at the Young Men's Christian Association Hall, Mr. C. E. Jones is to deliver his second humorous lecture, postponed from last week, the subject being "Parliamentary Side-shows." It there is one subject more than another on which Mr. Jones is qualified to speak it is undoubtedly that of Parliamentary life* having been " behind the scenes." A notice re proposed Fire Insurers Protection Association appears elsewhere.
