[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dhnedin, Tuesday. The directors of the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company of Now Zealand in their report state that the not profit for the year is £1159 Os sd, which, . with tho balance brought forward, makes a total at their credit of £1646 17s lid. They recommend the following appropriations : —Sevon per cent, dividend, £700 ; reserve fund £500 ; to be carried forward, £440 17s lid.
