The chairman of the outgoing committee read the account of receipts and expenditure for the year ending March 31st:—Balance in "bank and in hand, £6 6s iOd ; received from Board of Education, £7 5s : total receipts, £13 lis lOd. Expenditure : To cleaning school, £3: stationery, £1 2s sd; firewood, £1, and other incidental expenses, making a total expenditure for the year of £7 lis Bd, leaving a balance of £6 Os 2d to the credit of the incoming committee. The committee elected were: Messrs. W. Duder, J. Kelly. J. Jacobs, J. Gilbert, and R. Town. At a meeting of the committee Mr. R. Town was elected chairman, and Mr. J. Gilbert secretary.—[A Correspondent.] Grahamstown (Whangarei).—At the annual meeting of householders the following gentlemen were elected a committee for the ensuing year :—Messrs. E. L. Boutillier, J. Guest, W. H. Munro, P. Handforth, W. Bissett, H. Goiner, and A. G. Huggins. Previous to the election the report and balancesheet were read by Mr. E. Leßoutillier, chairman of the outgoing commitee, and unanimously adopted.
