[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Saturday. The Minister of Labour wishes it. to be known that any attempt on the part of jmployers to defeat the operation of the Employers Liability Acs by making deductions from the wages of workmen in their employ is distinctly illegal.
