Wellington, February I.The Manapouri, from Napier, had not arrived at 11 p. m. HEAVY WEATHER AT LYTTELTON. Lytt ELTO-, February I.—A heavy southerly gale has oeen blowing during the last 24 hours. The departure of the Oiowaiti, for Napier, is delayed in consequence. The steamer Penguin sailed for Duuedin yesterday afternoon, but put back this morning, after anchoring lor five aours under Banks Peninsula.
