The City Council of Dunedin invites Competitive Schemes for the Drainage and Sewerage of the City of Dunedin, and for the ultimate disposal of the stormwater and sewage. Premiums of £300, £200, and £100 will be paid to the authors of schemes placed first, second, and third, respectively, according to their order of merit. The order of merit will be determined by an expart or Board of Experts (to be hereafter appointed by the City Council). The schemes must be lodged at the Town Clerk's Office, Dunedin, N.Z., not later than noon on the 30th April, 1595.
