Newton, for New Plymouth and Wellington. Passengers:— Meadames Wilkie, Baxter, Lawrence, Inspector Emerson, Messrs. Jourdain, Price, Murgatroyd, Smith, VVilkie, Woods, Worsford, Rayner, Rishworth, Hinton, Douglas, Morten, Moyle, Watt, and ten in the steerage—Union S.S. Co., agents. Gairloch, s.s., W. F, Nurbury, for New Plymouth. Passengers: Mrs. Campbell, Mr. Hammond, and six in the steerage.— Northern S.S. Co., agents. Glenelg, s.s.. Austen, for Raglan and Kawhia. —Northern S.S. Co., agents.
The Government steamer Hinemoa arrived from Northern lighthouses yesterday morning, and left again last night for Wellington. The Northern Company's steamer Gairloch left for New Plymouth at 1 o'clock yester'fhe s.s. Mahinapua left for New Plymouth and the South yesterday afternoon, with a general cargo and a number of passengers. The s.s. Glenelg left for Raglan and Kawhia at 5.30 p.m. yesterday.
