PURSUANT to Orders of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice, made in the matter of the estate of Euphemia Wright, deceased, and in an action Her Majesty's Attornoy-General against Carritt, 1890, W. 3620, the person or persons claiming to be heir-at-law or next-of-kin according to the statutes for the distribution of intestate estates of Euphemia Wright, late of Chen-wood House, Anerley, in the County of Surrey, Widow, whose maiden name was believed to have been Hunter (and who died at Cbenwood House, foresaid on the 19th December, 1884), living at the time of her death or to be entitled to such real estate of the said Euphemia Wright, as descended to such heir-at-law if now dead, or to be the legal personal representatives of such of the next-of-kin as are since dead are by their solicitors on or before the 12th day of December, 1894, to come in and prove their claims at the Chambers of Mr. Justice Kekewich, at the Royal Courts of London, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Orders.
