THE FROZEN MEAT TRADE.
[BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchurch, Tuesday. In response to a circular issued by the Canterbury Frozen Meat Company, inviting applications for space for the next summer's freezing, no fewer than 254,000 sheep have been booked for freezing between December and June. For January and February the booking exceeds 64,000 per month.
