, London, April 25. The Treaty Powers interested in Samoa are in communication relative to affairs there, and New Zealand's proposals for annexation, and if it is found necessary to modify the Berlin Act, a fresh conference will probably be summoned. The Westminster Gazette warns Germany of the overwhelming preponderance of the colonial trade with Samoa. Berlin', April 25. The National Zeitung declares that Germany and America will adhere to article eight in the final act of the Berlin Conference.
