NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fortyfifth Annual Meeting of the Members of this Society will be held in the Hall of the Young Men's Christian Association, Pitt-street, Sydney, at two o'clock in the afternoon of FRIDAY, 11th May, 1894, for the purpose ot— 1. Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the society for the year ended 3ist December, 1893. f. Electing two Dii ectors in lieu of the Hon. Sir J. P. Abbott, M.L.A., and Thomas Littlejohn, Esq., who retire in terms of By-law 15, and of whom Sir J. P. Abbott only is eligible for re-election. 8. Electing an Auditor in lieu of T. F. H. McKenzie, Esq., who retires in terms of By-law 28, and is not now eligible for reelection, t. Declaring the amount of divisible surplus for the year ending 31st December, 3893. The Hon. Sir J. P. Abbott, M.L.A., and Joseph Abbott, Esq., M.L.A., are the only duly qualified members who have given the requisite notice that they are candidates for the vacant seats on the Board.
