ANNUITY TO THE DUKE OP . COBURG. SCOTCH GRAND COMMITTEE. Press Association,— Telegraph, —Copyright. London, April 21. In the House of Commons Captain C. W. Norton, M.P. for West Newingtou, moved, and Mr. Labouchere seconded, ft motion to abolish the annuity to the Duke of Coburg. The Radicals «upported the motion, which was rejected by a majority of 230 votes. Sir J. Lubbock's amendment to the proposed Scotch Grand Committee was ruled out of order. The Government intend to limit the proposal only to small measures, excepting local Government Bills.
