|M S. Carroll, Wellington, acting secretary for thelncorporatedlnstitute of Accountants of New Zealand, has received back the memorandum and articles of association of the proposed institute. They have been signed by the first members of the Council of the Institute resilient in Wellington, Napier, Dunedia, and (Jhriatchuroh, and only await signatures of the Auckland representatives to enable the association to be registered.
