Ab Bb. James' Hall, Wellington-street, last evening, Mr. H. G. Plcton, of the New South Wales Christian Evidence Society, gave a lecture on 4 ' Secularism, so-called, Unmasked." There was only a fair audience. The Rev. R. F, Macnicol presided. The lecturer dealt with his subject in a masterly way,' his remarks being warmly applauded. A Dumber of questions were asked ab the close.
