HOBART EXHIBITION.
Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. London, April 19. Austria, France, and Germany will not take any steps towards securing representation at the Hobart Exhibition until the issue of the Koyal Commission. It is probable Lord Ripon will be President of the Commission, and that the members will include Lords Gormanston, Knutsford, Buxton, Herschell, and Hamilton. The Duke of Fife and Duke of Saxe Coburg-Gotha were asked to accept seats on the Commission, but they declined. The Times says their action in so doing is inexcusable.
