The resignations of Sub-Lieutenant Russell, of the Wanganui Navala ; Lieutenant Johnston, "1>" Battery (Wellington), and Lieutenant Tomkies, Brunnerton Rifles, have been accepted. The election of Mr. W. F. Massey as member of the Hsuse of Representatives for Waitemata is gazetted.
