THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—
London, April 17. It is expected that Mr. O. J. Hegan and Mr. Alfred Garrick will join the directorate of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. Mr. Henry J. Bristow has declined to rejoin the Board.
The New Zealand Land and Mortgage Agency Company's bondholders of the 1879 issue are asking for a large representation on the Board.
