', [ByTELEaRAPH.—OWN CORRPESONDENT.[ '' Hamilton, Saturday. The Court opened at nine this morning, in the alleged arson case, and the prosecution brought forward rebutting evidence. At eleven o'clock the S.M., Captain Jackson, gave judgment, dismissing the charge on the grounds of the contradictory nature of the evidence, and his' want of belief in the evidence given by some of ths Maoii witnesses for the prosecution. ' Constable Forbes gave notice of his intuition to proceed with two other charges of a less serious nature, which will be heard on the 26th. \ ...... - ",' .
