The sub-committee appointed by the last meeting of the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association recommend that a Council, to consist of seven members, be appointed, to consider and decide all questions and disputes arising out of interpretation of the rules, protest, or any other matter referred by any club to the Association for its decision. They al«o recommend that officers be appointed to watch the interests of the Association at the principal rowing centres, to supervise regattas held in their respective districts, and to enforce observance of the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association s rules thereat, and to use their influence to induce eligible clubs to affiliate themselves to the Association. A special meeting of delegates to the Association has been called to consider the report. ' r >. '■■-" ; 'f
