(BY TELEGRAPH. -PRESS JSSOCIATION.J Wellington, Wednesday. Argument in the case of tie Union Steamship Company v. ttobbs/ was continued in the Court of .Vppeil to-day. Mr. Stringer, for respondent, contended that the Court would nob ferrule the Judge below on facts unless* ib was proved to demonstration that 1* was wrong, that evidence amply supported his finding, and would also support tie judgment for respondent on the group, that the gangway was insecurely fas fed. . He contended if the Court was agflnst the respondent there should be a nlw trial. Judgment was reserved. j
