Mr. Stringer, for respondent, contended that the Court would nob ferrule the Judge below on facts unless* ib was proved to demonstration that 1* was wrong, that evidence amply supported his finding, and would also support tie judgment for respondent on the group, that the gangway was insecurely fas fed. .
