On Tuesday evening, in the social lull of the Young Men's Christian Asssociation, Mr. Edwin Cox will deliver a lecture on "Thomas Hood," dealing with his life, character, and writings. Musical selections will be given. Admission is free, but a collection will be taken up. The twenty-first People's Popular Concert takes place next Wednesday.
