From the Sydney Morning Herald of the 11th instant, we clip the following notes on the training :—-A good deal of solid work was transacted at Randwick yesterday morning. The New Zealand pair, Stepniak and Melinite, went steadily. The former is a very fine-looking fellow. Launcestou and Loyalty also worked. Bungebalt cantered and finished up fast, and the old fellow is in great heart. Sunshine went particularly well, so did Utter and Solatium. Camoola, who has furnished into a fiue-lonking animal, went a strong once round with Projectile, and Donation performed a serviceable solo. Australian racing statistics for the past season place Mr. J. B. Clark at the head of the list of winning owners with £13,421. all of which was earned by horses bred in New South Wales. Mr. M.
