London, August 2. When the Home Rule Bill is reported from Committee, the Unionists intend to move all the amendments which were shut out by the closure.
Mr. Gladstone, in a letter to his constituents, justifies the retention of the Irish members at Westminster, and says it is ridiculous to suppose they can control decisions upon English questions.
