Rerun, August 1. The Vossische Zeitung says that Russia is trying by means of a hostile tariff to bring about a rupture between the members of the Triple Alliance.
Prince Bismarck's organ believes that Italy is secretly allying itself with Russia because it has no faith in Great Britain.
