REPORTED TO BE DYING, Press Association.—Electric —Copyright. London, June 27. Dr. Cornelius Hbbtz, one of those accused of being implicated in the Panama scandal, is now reported to be dying. He has been ill since his arrest was ordered, and has never been able to leave England.
