An endeavour was made without avail to dynamite a railway bridge at the moment a train was passing laden with free labourers. The Shipping Federation is sending five hundred free labourers to Liverpool and Hull. London, April 27. The Hull strike is quietening down, though further attempts at incendiarism have been made. The railway companies, fearing outrages, are taking the greatest precautions to protect their lines and bridges.
