THE RIVAL STEAMERS.
{by telegraph.— press ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. The steamers Mararoa and Warrimoo, which arrived from Lyttelton early this morning, took exactly 11 hours and 20 minuteis each to accomplish the voyage. The Warrimoo loft half-an-hour before the Mararoa, and the latter never gained on her. Both steamers leave for Auckland via East Coast ports this afternoon.
