THE OTARAMA'S BEEF.

Press Association.— Telegraph.—Copyright. London, November 2. Waddel's party and a number of French War Office officials lunched at Havre upon the Otarama's beef. They considered the meat and freezing arrangements aboard the Otararaa excellent, and the guests all expressed warm admiration. The officials will report to General De Labdre, member of the Committee of War. Mr. Waddel considers the beef in capital condition, as far as he has seen. Paris, November 3.
