EVICTED TENANTS COMMISSION. OPINIONS OF THE PRESS. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. * London, October 14. The Evicted Tenants' Commission has been appointed. Justice Matthews is chairman. The other members of the commission are but little known. The landlords are not represented. The Home Kule press commends its appointment, but the Tory journals doubt whether the commission will effect any pood, as the tenants are really fraudulent debtors.
