Law Notices. TN THE COLONY OF VICTORIA. In the matter of the Companies' Act, 1800, and in the matter of the COLONIAL INVESTMENT AND AGENCY COMPANY (LIMITED) in Liquidation. Whereas by an order of Mr. Justice Holroyd, made in the matter of the Liquidation of the abovenamed Company in the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria on the 29th day of July, 1892, it was ordered that the Liquidators do forthwith give notice by advertisement in the newspapers in the said order named to Creditors and other persons having claims against the above-named Company to send in their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Liquidators, at the Office of the Company, on or before the Ist day of January, 1893, and, if so required, by notice in writing from the said Liquidators to come in and prove their same debts and claims s.t such time and place as shall lie specified in such notice, or in default they would be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Take notice thernfore that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before the said Ist day of January, 1893, to send in their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the said Richard Ealderson and R. T. Black well, the Liquidators of the Company, at the offices of the Company, Broken Hill Chambers, 31 Queen-street, in the City of Melbourne in the said colony, and, if so required, by notice in writing from the said Liquidators are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
