Personal. IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT KENNEDY, late of No. 1, Dunvar Cottage, Victoria-street, Hothani, in the Colony of Victoria, Telegraph Linesman, Deceased, Intestate, am in the matter of the Act 54, Victoria, No. 1060, section 75. Whereas the said ROB KENNEDY died in th ■ Homoeopathic Hospital, near Melbourne, in the said Colony, on the 21st July, 1886, and I have administered to his Estate ; and whereas three-fifths of the balance of such Estate, now amounting, with accrued interest, to two hundred ami twenty-seven pounds eleven shillings and three pence (£227 lis 3d) were reserved for his brothers, James, Henry,' and George Kennedy, who emigrated from the Isle of Man, England, to Now Zealand many years ago, now I hereby give notice that each of these brothers of the deceased that survived him, and their Estates if they be now deceased, or their lawful issue if they predeceased him, are entitled to share in the sum so rase ved as aforesaid. And I give further notice that in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Act above quoted J shall proceed to distribute the aforesaid moneys as if the said Jarnws, Henry, and George Kennedy had died, during the lifetime of the Intestate without leaving issue, unless such share or shares be claimed of me at my office by or on behalf of the .id James, Henry, and George Kennedy, or therlawiul issue, or any of them, on or before the 2oth day of October, 1892.
