In the matter of the Companies' Act, 1890, and in the matter of the COLONIAL INVESTMENT AND AGKNCY COMPANY (LIMITED) in liquidation. Whereas by an order of Mr. Justice Holroyd, made in the matter of the Liquidation of the abovenamed Company in the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria on the 20th day of July, 1392, it was ordered that the Liquidators do forthwith five notice by advertisement in the newspapers in he said order named to Creditors and other persons having claims against the above-named Company to send in their names and addresses and the particulars of tht debts or claims, and the names ami addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Liquidators, at the Office of the Company, on or before the Ist day of January, 1893, and, if so required, by notice in wilting from tho said Liquidators to come in and prove their same debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default they would be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
