THE REVOLT IN BOLIVIA.
STATE OF SIEGE PROCLAIMED. Press Association.— Telegraph.— Washington, August 22. The news from South America states that owing to the revolt a state of siege has been proclaimed in the principal towns of Bolivia. Dynamite was found laid in the Customs building in the Capitol.
