HORRIBLE RAILWAY FATALITY

Penrith, N.S.W., July 4. When* the train arrived here at one o'clock a.m. yesterday ifc was found, on examining the engine, that a quantity of human brains was sticking to the wheels. Fearing that some terrible occurrence had taken

place down the line, an official was sent back with the engine ; to search. At about half-past eight the body of a man was found lying near the line, a few yards from Mount Druitt Station. On examining the remains a ghastly spectacle presented itself, the top of the head having been taken clean off, whilst the right leg had been torn away at the knee. From papers found on the body it was ascertained that the deceased was an Italian named Tomiatto Luigi. He was about 35 years of age.
