ANTI-SEMITIC QUARRELS IN THE ARMY. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.— Paris, June 26. Proposals are being put forward both
in the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies to inflict penalties for duelling. This course has been taken in consequence of anti-Semitic quarrels in the army.
