The City Council of Wellington will submit for sale by public auction, in June next, FTHE LEASE OF A NUMBER OF L SECTIONS OF LAND ON THE TE ARO RECLAMATION, fronting Victoria-street and Jervois Quay. These sections are in close proximity to the Queen's Wharf, the Post Office, and the principal business parts of Wellington, and near to the new warehouses recently erected by several of the principal firms in the city. The station for the Te Aro Railway Extension will also be erected in the same locality.
