Yesterday being Ascension Day special services were held in some of the Anglican Churches. At St. Paul's the Rev. (J. M. Nelson officiated, and at St. Sepulchre's Archdeacon Dudley. In the evening, at the close of the service, there was a sacred music recital, when a collection was taken up in aid of the new organ fund.
