Notice is hereby given that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of the Trenton Gold Mining Company (Limited) will be held in the Large Room, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 27th day of May, 1892, at the hour of three o'clock in the afternoon, when the subjoined resolutions, which were " passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on the 12th day of May instant, will be submitted for confirmation as special resolutions. Should the resolutions be confirmed, a further resolution will be proposed at the same Meeting for the appointment of a liquidator or liquidators, and fixing his or their remuneration RESOLUTIONS: 1. That the Directors Iks authorised to sell and transfer flu* whole of the property of the Company to the May Queen Gold Mining Company (Limited), in consideration of shares in the May Queen Gold Mining Company (Limited), to be allotted to the members of the Trenton Gold Mining Company (Limited) in the proportion of one Share in the May Queen Gold Mining Company (Limited) for every four shares in the Trenton Gold Mining Company (Limited). 2. That part of the consideration for the transfer of the property of the Trenton Gold Mining Company (Limited) to' the May Queen Gold Mining Company (Limited) shall bo the payment by the May Queen Gold Mining Company (Limited) of all liabilities which may tie outstanding after the liquidator of the Trenton Gold Mining Company has made nil reasonable efforts to collect the 'Calls now made in tho Trenton Gold Mining Company (Limited). 3.
