Electoral. ELECTORAL DISTRICT. T^7"' AIKATO ELECTORAL DISTRICT. In pursuance of "The Regulation of Elections Act, 18S1," and " The Electoral Acts Amendment Act, 1890," I, William N. Searancke, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Waikato, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the Ist day of September, 1801, under the hand of the Clerk of Writs, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member for the said Electoral District, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on the oth day of October, 1891. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must, Vie nominated by not less than two electors of the district by a nomination paper, as prescribed by Section Si of the amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Oflicor on or before noon of MONDAY the 2Sth day of September, 1891.
