SrK, —I have before pointed out to you the unfairness of Mr. Vaile's plan, like your cor. respondent, " Helensville," a few (lays ago. •If I start from Auckland to go ten miles, I shall have to pay Is, while if the country settler starts from I 1 rank ton lie can °*o fifty miles for Gd. Mr. Vaile is going to take it out of the Auckland and Helensville people, so as to let the Waikato people travel cheap. J. Ins is not fair.— am, etc., Townsman, September 10, 1891.
