TWO HUNDRED LIVES LOST. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.Copyright. Paris, September 4. A train" conveying French troops to the manoeuvres became derailed at Calmont - Chalandroy, near Dijon, and fell over a steep embankment. It is reported that two hundred have been killed and many injured.
