DEATH OF AN OLD COLONIST.
[by TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ' Wellington, Thursday. Mr. Charles Knight, I'VR.S., who up to 10 years ago was Auditor-General of the colony, died to-day aged 83. Mr. Knight arrived in the colony in the fifties, and shortly after entered the Government service.
