MEETING OF CREDITORS.
! An adjourned meeting of the creditors of 'W. Briefly, contractor, Onehunga, was held at the office of the Official Assignee yesterday afternoon. Present : The debtor and his solicitor (Mr. Brookfield), Messrs. Henderson (Morrin and Co.), C. Buddie, W. Wiseman, R. Fry, and C. Z. Clayten (for Mr. W. Connolly). Some discussion took place in reference to an offer of Morrin and Co. of 2s 6d in the £ on all proved debts, the whole amouub nob to exceed £470, the firm also undertaking to defray the Assignee's costs of bankruptcy. The composition was to be paid within 14 days after the Assignee has handed over all the assets disclosed in the debtor's statement. Tho offer was agreed bo.
