Cornwall,, and in the cross-action, has been reserved ; but the Court virtually considers that Cornwall is entitled to. the lands in Samoa; but it is likely that a new trial will be ordered, on the ground that the damages awarded were excessive. , McArthur is hot considered to have been guilty of contempt of Court.
