The Commissioner of Crown Lands notifies that it is intended to introduce into the present session of Parliament a Bill, intituled "The MoCabe Land Grants Act," in order to grant to James McCabe, sen., and James McCabe, jun., certain lands in the parish of Pnkekohe West, in the Auckland Land District. A copy of the Bill has been lodged for inspection at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Papakura. I
