CHARGE OF MURDER.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRES3 ASSOCIATION.] Wanganui, Thursday, A woman named Caroline Penman was arrested to-night on a <;harge of causing abortion in the case of a young woman named Emily Kate Spicer, aged 22, a domestic servant. Since the arrest the younj; woman lias died. Mrs, Poaraun will be brought up to-morrow charged with murder. Spicer's depositions were taken before she died.
